Membership lists or official documentation show representatives from each G7 country and the European Union participating in the G7 CEG.
Treasury’s January 12, 2026 press release on the G7 Cyber Expert Group (CEG) states that the G7 CEG's membership includes representatives of financial authorities across all G7 countries as well as the European Union. This is corroborated by the UK Treasury (GOV.UK) summary of the G7 CEG’s membership, which expressly notes representatives from all G7 jurisdictions and the European Central Bank. Additional corroboration appears in Treasury-facing public materials that describe the group’s multinational composition since its founding in 2015. The statements are consistent with these primary government sources.
