The Investment Company Institute (ICI) is the U.S.-based trade association for regulated investment funds (mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and other pooled-investment vehicles) and their asset-manager members. Its Winter Board Meeting is an industry leadership event attended by ICI’s Board of Governors and senior executives from member firms (fund sponsors, CEOs, CIOs and other asset-management leaders); the meeting also draws industry practitioners, committee members and invited regulators or guest speakers.
